🔌 I can’t connect my wallet — what should I do?
First, make sure:
Your wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, etc.) is installed and unlocked
You’re connected to a supported network (currently: Base)
You’ve approved connection when prompted
Still stuck? Try refreshing your browser or clearing cache. You can also ask Paal.AI on Telegram or contact support.
💼 My Vault isn’t showing up — how can I recover it?
Make sure you’re:
Connected with the correct wallet
On the same network the Vault was created on
Vaults are tied to your wallet address, so as long as you're using the same wallet, they’re recoverable. Nothing gets lost — everything lives fully on-chain.
⛔ I made a mistake — can I reverse a transaction?
Unfortunately, blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.
If you:
Sent to the wrong address
Swapped incorrectly
Approved a malicious contract
…there’s no undo button. But Vault security (multi-sig, AI co-signer, and signer recovery) is built to prevent these risks up front.
🔐 I lost access to my wallet. Can I recover my Vault?
If your Vault had multi-signature enabled (you + another signer), yes — you can remove the compromised signer and regain access.
If your Vault only had one signer and you lost that key, recovery is not possible. We strongly recommend enabling two signers (AI Co-Signer or second wallet) once it’s available.
